We thought we would write you a quick note and let you know how happy we are with the houseboat. After spending our first weekend on it, we soon came to realize how much effort you and your staff put into the quality of the boat. Everything is working fine and every time we turn around we find some other area that shows just how fine a product you build.

We also wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all of the time you spent with us. It was very encouraging to work with an organization who believes as we do, the customer comes first. It certainly showed in the fine service we received from you and your staff.

We cannot thank you enough for the excellent job on building our dream houseboat. As you know our boat is on Lake Mohave, in the middle of the desert. Because of the remote location, it was very important for everything to work and work together properly and it does. We have spent many nights on the boat and I can’t tell you how delighted we are with it’s performance. The living room is perfect and all the components are first rate. There is nothing like a houseboat to get away from the hectic pace of modern living. I hope you will share this letter with all of the workers at Patio Cruisers to encourage them to keep up the good work. I was amazed that all the accessories (including the stereo with cd player, amp., and sub woofer) were installed with complete professionalism. If you need any references regarding the quality of your product please don’t hesitate to call me.

We wanted to express our appreciation for all of the fine work and craftsmanship which went into building and launching our boat. She has been an absolute joy for us this summer. The boat met and exceeded all of our expectations and we are very proud to show off the workmanship and craftsmanship that went into putting her together. While the boat is absolutely beautiful, even more than we expected, just as important was the fact that you made the entire process of building the boat totally enjoyable for us. It was a pleasure working with each and every member of your crew. They welcomed us whenever we visited, took the time to explain each phase of the construction, and even encouraged us to visit more often. It was evident to us that you and your crew were sincerely interested in building exactly the boat we wanted, and always took the time with us to make sure our desires were understood. The weather has not cooperated but we have still used the boat 8 days since we launched in mid-January. It has been a magnate for attention! People cruise by to admire the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
